My Highlights.
- From Victoria, Texas
- Played defensive lineman at TCU from 1986-89 and earned a degree in education from TCU in 1990.
- Started his coaching career as a graduate assistant at alma mater, TCU, in 1991.
- While at Alabama, was responsible for recruiting the Mississippi High School Player of the Year to Alabama two straight seasons.
- List of NFL players coached includes Jamal Williams, Adam Carriker, Justin Bannon, Tyler Brayton, Johnny Jolly, Rocky Bernard, Ty Warren, Ronald Edwards and Ronald Flemons.
- Selected to participate in the Expert Coaches Academy, an NCAA program that addresses the critical shortage of ethnic minorities in head coaching positions in the sport of college football
- Wife, Andrea and two children, son Frederick and daughter Ariel.
